Understanding that efficient green technology is the way of the future, Carrington View was developed to target the top step of the BC Energy Step Code to be a net-zero ready building with on-site solar power generation, zero-carbon mechanical systems, and a high-performance prefabricated wall system (SIP Walls) for improved waste management. This means that we’re officially many years ahead of BC’s goal of having all new constructions be net-zero ready by 2032.
